Launching this product feels surreal — the Family Chore Chart v2 is officially here, and it’s the very first digital tool I’ve created for other families. This system was born inside my own chaotic, multigenerational, weekend-rotation home… and after using it, testing it, and tweaking it, I finally built a version I’m proud to share.

Why I Created This Printable Family Chore Chart

Before this printable existed, I had a simple prototype taped to my kitchen cabinet. It was messy, scribbled on, crossed out, rewritten, and reorganized more times than I can count. But that first version taught me exactly what a chore system needs to support a real-life family:
